Enrolment in any programme is subject to availability and acceptance by Spul Ceccle. Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee enrolment.
Programme fees are as stated on our website and in enrolment documentation. Fees are payable according to the payment schedule agreed upon enrolment. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
We offer a full refund within the first two weeks of any programme if you are unsatisfied. After this period, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of prepaid fees, subject to applicable administrative charges.
